There are three meetings of the Region 16 Board of Directors and Delegates held annually. The Spring meeting (usually held the third Sunday of March) and the Fall meeting (usually held the first Saturday of October) are open to all Region 16 members. Any member may attend these meetings and present or address to the Board and delegates any business related to Region 16. The Board and Delegates vote and discuss any business regarding Region 16, including but not limited to shows held within the region and other business requested from other Regions.

on Sunday, March 29, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m.
