Welcome to Region 16 AHA!
Spanning the New England states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, plus the state of New York, Region 16 covers a vast area of land and interests. The northeast, with its mountainous peaks and miles of coastline, is home to some of the oldest on-going Arabian breeding and training farms in the country.
Region 16 is committed to promoting Arabian and Arabian-bred horses through a variety of activities including hosting of horse shows, trail rides, and community outreach events. Our members and clubs within the region can be found enjoying their time with Arabian horses in a variety of ways – from the show ring to show jumping, driving to dressage, or therapeutic riding to trails – the versatility, beauty, and athleticism of the Arabian horse is unparalleled.
